We pour our hearts into breeding dahlias and are incredibly proud of the unique cultivars we offer. We know that the vast majority of our customers are passionate, honest growers with the best of intentions, simply wanting to enjoy beautiful blooms in their gardens or on the show bench.  As a small scale dahlia breeder and grower, these terms are in place to protect our years of hard work and enable us to continue breeding dahlias.

By purchasing dahlia tubers from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions in combination with our standard conditions of sale :

1. Intended Use & Non-Propagation Agreement

• Personal Use & Exhibition: Tubers are sold strictly for personal use by home gardeners, flower collectors, show exhibitors and cut flower growers. We take immense pride in breeding these dahlias for pure enjoyment, and we absolutely love seeing customers exhibit our cultivars at flower shows and enjoy them in their home gardens!

• Commercial Restrictions: By purchasing, you agree not to propagate, share, sell, or otherwise commercially supply any plants, tubers, or cuttings derived from these materials to third parties within 12 months of purchase.
